A UniServ Director is an employee of the Maryland State Education Association who is assigned to one or more local affiliates of MSEA and the National Education Association. A UniServ Director's job is to assist members in advocating for their rights under education law and the Negotiated Agreement. A UniServ Director also organizes and mobilizes Association members, the community, and resources to assist the elected leadership of the Association in carrying out its mission.
